Besides having acne and other skin impurities, having dry skin is a major skin problem that haunts men and women of all ages. It’s very disturbing since everybody can easily notice when your skin is dry or flaky.
You don’t want to end up looking and feeling ugly in front of others just because you have dry skin. Thankfully, skin care for dry skin is now widely available for all those who want to have more moisturized and supple skin.
Skin care for dry skin starts from knowing what causes your skin to become dry in the first place. According to skin care experts, drying can be caused by a lot of things.
For starters, it can be caused by natural factors like having oil glands that supply insufficient amount of moisture, making the skin prone to dehydration.
Another cause can be the kind of weather condition. People are very prone to having dry skin during winter or when they’re exposed to strong winds and too much heat from the sun.
In addition, the kind of food you eat can also cause the skin to dry like when you lack vitamins or have an imbalanced diet.
Even the cosmetics and products you use as a part of your skin care for dry skin regimen can cause dryness.
In order to combat this skin condition, you need to know how to come up with an effective solution. Mind you but making your skin more moisturized, soft, and glowing is actually a piece of cake if you know the proper skin care for dry skin. Here are some ways to prevent, treat or put an end to your dry skin:

Do you recommend any specific products for dry, sensitive skin? Also, where can I find mineral water to wash my face? Thanks!
I have dry skin on hands, especially during winter and it is a real problem - my hands tend to be very dry, with cracks and bleeds that hurt.
I am no longer using bar soap to wash my hands, only liquid soap with moisturizing properties.
And I drink a lot of water. This is, as you mentioned, very important. I drink about 2 liters of water each day and it helps a lot.
Thanks for this article.

The amount of fluids you get also matter so don’t forget to drink plenty of water! That’s also a good secret to beautiful, non-dry skin =]
I used to suffer from cracked during winter as well and I tried many products, the one I found most effective is the Cleaderma hand cream from Kianomer
That’s very true. The best organic stuff that we could take that our skin will surely thank us is water. Drinking the recommended 8-10 glass of water a day can actually already do wonders to the skin.
Dry skin is quite a problem for me, and I have realized that that apart from high quality cosmetics, simply clean water would make all the difference for me - I have been using well water and it really seems to help in my case. Thanks for other tips by the way.
