This substance has been proved to restrict the particular enzyme that reduces the amount of hyaluronic acid. It is the latter that will produce wrinkled skin and make it sag. The aforementioned moisturizers as well as products containing shea butter will all help your skin.

To go a step further, rather than buying natural skin care products, it is quick and easy to make your own.

There are so many wonderful ingredients right in your own pantry and refirgerator that are a the peak of freshness and will give you the same results (or better) as the natural products you can buy.

Organic nut oils are great moisturizers, coconut milk mixed with some fresh herbs and freshly squeezed citrus juice makes a great toner and a wonderful facial scrub isn’t any harder than reaching for the sugar bowl!

Even using all fresh, natural ingredients in an occasional facial mask or skin peel will benefit the skin by keeping it healthier and younger looking. :-)
